That's no cat, it's a Water-Tarrasque (Unearthed Arcana...+2 Constitution, +1 attack rolls against creatures with the [Fire] type, -1 penalty on saving throws against effects with the [Fire] descriptor)

And no swim speed or water breathing. Isn't one of the more traditional ways for low level parties to beat the tarrasque by drowning it?

If you choose to say "Howdy do, Water-tarrasque, does the day greet you well?" turn to page 85.
