police blotter (http://salem.patch.com/articles/crystal-ball-culprit-in-car-fire)

1:15 p.m. — A vehicle on fire was reported on Proctor Street. Police said a man said "he was eating lunch when he noticed his car was fire." Police said the man was able to put out the fire before the fire department arrived. The fire department "believes a crystal ball may have caused the fire."

...

I suppose the sunlight focused through the prism and set something on fire. I wonder if there's a rule for that in D20?

Respectfully,

Brian P.

No, but it's probably on someone's critical fumble table.

His car was fire? That's a sweet ride.

The pun is seared into my memory.

Tongue-in-cheek,

Hmm... Mythbusters did light a fire with a carved sphere of ice... Glass would do the job just as well, if not better.
And your hands would not get wet.

So in the town of Salem a car on Proctor street was set on Fire by a Crystal ball.

:smallconfused: WTF?

Come on, this can't be the first time you've been burnt by bad puns.

That's really something special, I can just imagine the scene. Some guy sitting in his car, eating his sandwich, staring absentmindedly out the window, then he looks around and realizes the entire car has suddenly caught on fire. He then pours out his water bottle very nonchalantly and goes back to staring, possibly at his crystal ball.

No, but it's rare I can resist the urge to flame the sender.
