Before I start, yes, I realize that my Domain isn't "optimal," but the flavor of the character makes this particular sub-domain very good.
Now, the fluff of the character is that he is a priest in Tian-Min, born of a high-ranking noble family and chose to join the priesthood in-lieu of becoming a Samurai, but still received training in the weapon. His celestial blood began to blossom as he realized that he saw a lack of honor in the world (in his mind brought upon by the evil outsiders of the universe) and now seeks to begin a crusade to restore the concept of Honor to the world. How? By killing evil outsiders of course!
So here's the "rough draft" of the character:

Now, I know I've shot myself in the foot twice (Archetype and Domain), but really, the flavor here is money.
So, now that I have my levels pretty much chosen, how can I "optimize" from here?
