Dropping 2 levels of fighter for monk gives you 2 bonus feats and improved unarmed strike. Lose 1 feat in exchange for 3.

Are you going to spend your WBL for items that give you the benefits of feats?

thanks, i was wondering how to get more feats

Generic Warrior 2 (Unearthed Arcana generic class), also gets a feat at the first two levels, but it lets us take a few core class features too as feats

i wanted a way to get a use for all those fighter bonus feats.

You could also go with 3 levels of ranger and 1 level of wizard. You'd gain toughness, point blank shot or two weapon fighting, and scribe scroll. Dropping 4 more fighter levels for this would up your total feats by 1.

Did that, added two levels of Generic Expert too to get another feat

Probably too abusive for your purposes, by I may as well mention it (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=257938). If you don't believe void disciple can grant the same feat twice, you can invest in chaos shuffling the feats around to grab multiple copies of desired feats.

Cloistered Cleric 1 gets three feats: Knowledge Devotion, and your two domains can be ones that grant feats or more devotion feats.

Wizard 15 gets infinite feats, just cast Heroics and Dark Chaos Shuffle it. Once the duration of Heroics ends, the feat it granted has already been removed so you keep the shuffled-in feat forever.

If you are an Elf, as opposed to a human you get 4 feats. A level of Cleric can get you scribe scroll, just like wizard, however if you take the Elf domain you get Point Blank Shot, and if you take the Time domain you get Improved Initiative.(Note; If you dont want the elf domain take Shadow(Blind Fight) or Undeath(Extra Turning).

The True Dilettante (http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19866566/The_True_Dilettante_-_New_Feat_Record_-_504_feats) would seem relevant here. IIRC, it starts at around 60 feats and adding magic gets to 504.

Every time Biffoniacus_Furiou explains an optimization trick, an archon gets its wings.

This one was specifically shot down by the Sage years ago, though.

also, DCFS cant shuffle away feats you dont have, such as the 12 feats you loose entirely without compensation as soon as you begin shuffling.

Granted weapon proficiencies can only be shuffled into other weapon proficiencies

you have to qualify for the feat you are shuffling to, and it can only occupy a slot which is technically legal for you to place that feat.

DCFS is an interesting concept, but the gush for it is unfounded, because of its specified limitations.

Edit: I will not argue though that Elf is up there for Preffered race to start as on someone who is going to Feat shuffle, i was going to argue that the Elven weapon Proficiencies were not technically usable feat slots for their intended purposes, but they are.

Do you really need 6 featslots at lvl 1?

Mixing in generic classes and regular classes is a bit iffy, but if that's fair game, then Generic Spellcaster also gets a bonus feat at first level. But you can get at least one feat, and sometimes two or three, at every level even without using the generic classes.

Some ones I'm not seeing include psion, swashbuckler, soulknife, etc. Artificer gets a feat every level for its first six levels. If you're not picky about the type of feat, some of the totem barbarians get several extra feats (Bear Totem gets Toughness, Improved Grapple and Great Fortitude in three levels).

Really, if your goal is solely to take as many feats as possible, there's no reason to have ANY dead levels without feats. You can instead do something like...

Artificer 6 (6 feats, all item creation)
Cloistered Cleric 1 (3 feats, Knowledge Devotion + 2 from domains)
Monk 2 (3 feats, IUS plus two bonus)
Fighter 2 (2 feats)
Psychic Warrior 2 (2 feats)
Martial Wizard 1 (2 feats - fighter feat + Alertness, from familiar)
Soulknife 1 (2 feats - Wild Talent and Weapon Focus)
Ardent 2 (3 feats - Creation, Conflict and Destruction mantles)
Marshal 1 (1 feat - Skill Focus... auras are cool, though)
Divine Mind 1 (1 feat, or two if you can somehow find a fourth mantle that grants a feat - Hidden Talent, from Mind's Eye ACF)
Psion 1 (1 feat)

There's probably better ways to do that (I didn't even glance at PrCs, for instance), but that's 26 feats right there just from one side of your gestalt, not including racial feats and feats from leveling up, proficiencies, Vow of Poverty, etc.
