Factotums don't really ready spells. They are Schrodinger's wizard.

I know they can prepare any (Sorc/Wiz) spell (of the right levels), but they do have to prepare them. Those are the ones this guy has prepared by default.

As far as crunch goes i don't see anything missing altought i'd defintly make some changes to the sheet:
Lower int By 2, Raise Str and Dex by 1, Con by 2/4, Cha or wis by 0/2
Make the chain shirt +1, Give him a +1 buckler, a handful of cool arrows (for example 5 +1, dispelling arrows) and some potions.
Drop dodge and Point blank shot, take improved trip and font of inspiration (6 Insp points give the players a choice to use cunning surge twice for nova potential or to save points for other class features, while trip opens up more combat options)

He is a Factotum, why the hell would he need to lower int? I agree that he needs more con; but int is his bread and butter. If anything he should lower Dex by 1 and Wis by 2 so he can put those into Con.

Because, as the OP stated, that character is going to be shared between many players, each trying to overcome the same challange. this means that raw power is not the main goal, (else i would never suggest, for example, taking FoI only once). The goal is to create a characer with as many options as possible (while remaining competent at each), so each player can make his own playstile choices.

Ah, yes. This exact idea is the reason behind the disparate selection of feats. Notice that with the exception of Point Blank Shot, all of those feats add options. That said, dropping PBS for FoI is too good an idea not to use.
