Fixing Quori Power Link shards

How much of a nerf does it take to make them not OP? Right now I have 3 of them on my Psion 5/Constructor 5 in a campaign due to start tomorrow. I was thinking of limiting myself to one per power, maybe treating their activation like a swift action or something.

In any case, here's what I suggest (any or all of the following):
1) Make them way more expensive.
2) Limit it to one shard per power manifested.
3) Maybe drop it to one PP, like half a spell level.
4) Activate it as an immediate action (hence limiting it like 2).

This augmentation cannot result in more power points invested in the power than you have levels.

Changing that line is enough to balance them outright imho.

Edit: i forgot they are 3/day, damn

In that case, among the augumentation change, a price increase becomes pretty much mandatory. I think a market price between 6/12k sould do it.
