I'm having difficulty understanding this feat. The way I'm reading it, it either:

a) Every time you take this feat you choose one Supernatural ability of a form you can assume, and when you assume that form you can use that ability. Or;

b) Each time you assume a form, choose one Supernatural ability for each time you possess this feat, and you gain use of those Supernatural abilities for as long as you remain in this form.

If someone could clarify whether one of those is right or if I'm completely wrong that'd be great!

It's a). The choice is made each time you take the feat, not when you use it.

I was afraid of that XD I might still try and convince my DM to swing it the other way. Thanks!

Metamorphic Transfer (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/psionicFeats.htm#metamorphicTransfer) is a bit more flexible for which supernatural ability is available, but has a different set of restrictions.
