Just going to ask this flat rp morality question

Is the Malenvoker summoner prc, the cleric of pelors way to summon bad things without losing powers given to them by the divine?

Yes unless if you follow the idea that Pelor is secretly furthering the Burning Hate in which case the malconvoker class is just a ruse to lure you away from the truth.

Sort of. Malconvokers summon the bad things and trick them into doing good deeds (usually fighting other bad things). It is given a pass by the good gods but note that it can be risky (a failed bluff check, or if you are doing the high-end planar binding stuff, a natural 1 on the charisma check, means you are going to get attacked by what you just summoned or called (and also the called being would stick around and likely do evil deeds, which is A Bad Thing)).

Grey Guards are similar in that they get a pass for some stuff (but in some cases they have to hew the line very strictly too).

There is a Malconvoker's handbook here that is pretty good:

Oh, and technically Malconvokers can cast other evil conjuration/summoning spells without risking losing their good alignment, so if you want to cast Wall of Eyes from one of the "evil" books go to town!
