What allows you to make a full attack after a charge.

Because the search function isn't working I don't know if this has been brought up before.
What I want to know is if there is any way, other than Lion Totem Barbarian, that allows a character to make a full attack at the end of a charge.
This can be via a feat, class ability or an item.
Please Playground, help me out.

Catfolk pounce from races of the wild. Comes with a couple restrictions: you have to be of the catfolk race and the opponent must be flatfooted.

There are other creatures, often feline in nature, that get pounce as well.
