Well, to do this you would need to do 2 things. Swift action self healing, and transfer HP damage to yourself from others.

Battle Blessing cas get the Swift action healing on a paladin, but I think you need psionics to d o the damage transfer.

Well, Shield other would work, but the character has vow of poverty, and the focus of the spell ruins that.

Transferring hp damage to others can be done with 3 levels of binder and Dahlver-Nar
Never mind. Make everyone else take 3 levels of binder :smalltongue:

Ruby Knight Vindicator gives you access to shield others as well as Devoted Spirit maneuvers, which allows you to heal yourself as part of your other maneuvers. Not the same as swift action healing, but it fits the same role.

Additionally, if your allies have psionic powers, Share Pain can fill the gap of Shield Other.
