The Elder Swear (aka Doomspeak)

I'm ECL 5. I want to focus on Doomspeak (Champions of Ruin), and nothing else. How do I optimize this? Are there ways to extend its duration, or use it more than once per round? Any ways to affect multiple targets with it?

So far, I know of Extend Supernatural Ability. And that's it.

I would prefer first party material options first, third party materials second, and homebrew materials last.

Any suggestions you have would be appreciated.

Person_Man's Knight Handbook (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=109429) has a build called Sir Spoony that uses Doomspeak.

But I think the usual method of optimizing Doomspeak is to combine bard with Paladin of Tyranny 3 (for the Aura of Despair, -2 penalty to saves) and Hexblade 4 with the Dark Companion ACF (PHBII, another -2 penalty on saves).

Throw some Dirgesinger (from Libris Mortis) on top of that, and you should be all set to start up your Death Metal band.
