Help With Body Switching (3.5)

I'm aware of a few of the tricks, but is there any comprehensive listing of the ways of permanently/instantaneously gaining a new (obviously more powerful) form?

I don't know if there's a comprehensive list but I can list some that I know:

- Reincarnate
- PAO*
- True Mind Switch
- Psionic Sandwich (effectively, True Mind Switch without XP cost, requires Astral Seed and PAO.)
- Skin of Proteus*

*dispellable/removable

I believe Doc Roc also had a Magic Jar trick (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=200516) that worked like Psionic Sandwich, but required one spell cast twice...

Don't forget the Haunt Shifting, along with Fiend of Possesion.

The best way is Ice Assassin Fusion/Astral Seed cheese.

Get an Ice Assassin of whatever you want (using the various tricks to get the exact Ice Assassin you want regardless of how absurd), use Fusion to combine with it, use Astral Seed, die. A week later you come back with your fused form with no duration or possibility of dispelling it.

Repeat until you have all abilities that you desire.
