Psychic Rogue =/= Daggerspell Mage?

So I was looking over the daggerspell psion adaption of the PRC of daggerspell mage. I looked a little deeper towards the power choices, are the PRC's abilities wasted on the benefits you do get from psychic rogue?

As in seems not really any touch offensive powers to abuse

Indeed, there aren't as many touch powers to use it with. In addition, the PrC's primary benefit is lost - it lets you cast with daggers in your hands, but psions can already do that (they don't have somatic components to worry about.)

My Psychic Rogue handbook (see sig, PrC section) has some suggestions to tweak it for psionics. But even so, it may be a better choice for a Psion/Rogue or Ardent/Rogue (or Ardent/Ninja) instead.
