Just posting this here for some peer review before I submit it to the DM. Figured some feedback would be good.

Affiliation

Endoss Inc.

Type: Business
Scale: 1 (for now)

Criterion

Positives

Character level - +1/2 level
Wisdom 13 or higher - +1
Business Savvy - +1
Merchant Prince(ss) - +2
Wealth - +1/20000 gp
Landowner - +2
Humiliates an enemy of the affiliaton - +2
Donates money to the affiliation - +1/1000 gp max 5 per year.

Negatives

Loses or Destroys affiliation property - -1/1000 gp value
Steals from the affiliation - -10
Lacks ranks in a business related skill (craft, profession, etc), - -20

Affiliation Benefits
3 or lower - No affiliation
4 to 10 - The Endoss corporation welcomes you as a faithful member.
11 to 20 - 200 gp a month income
21 to 29 - 10% discount on capital costs when opening a business that is considered part of the corporation, Favored in Guild as a bonus feat.
30+ - Gain the Guildmaster feat as a bonus feat.

Affiliation Duties
11 to 20 - Must work at or run a business under the Endoss Name
21 to 29 - Good Judgement - Make DC 20 appraise check once per month, failure indicates loss of 200 gp, and affiliation score reduced by 1.
30+ - Great Judgement - Make DC 20 appraise check one per month, failure indicates affiliation loses 1 capital, and affiliation score reduced by 2.

I thought it just mean "INCorporated".

I looked it up, and apparently being a corporation means only that the company is a legal entity unto itself. (I thought that the term corporation was used solely to designate publicly-owned companies) Carry on.

It means you can divest your personal wealth from the dealings of the corporation. If the corp goes bankrupt, you don't have to.
