I'm in a pathfinder game right now and I was wondering if there was an item or feat or something that would allow someone to cast a level 1 spell a certain amount of times per day, regardless of class. Wands and things of that sort have a high Use Magic Device DC so that's not really an option.

If you have a class that can get Rogue talents, you have Minor Magic (0-level spell 3 times a day) and then Major Magic (1-level spell 2 times a day).

I guess I should have been more specific, its a Monk that needs to be able to cast Enlarge Person, without taking a level in Wizard. He's doing a Trip build.

Or instead of casting, just an item that makes him act as if he was one size larger for the purpose of CMB.

This archetype doesn't grant Enlarge Person but it will work well to improve your Monk's utilities and grant a number of spell options, as well as stacking very nicely with Hungery Ghost Monk.

And there are plenty of ways to improve your tripping other than Enlarge Person. If your tripping Monk isn't already a Flowing Monk I'll be surprised.

There is a Feat that grants limited Spells 3/day, but it is 0th level spells only.

Well, there is Living Monolith (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/i-m/living-monolith), although if you don't want a level in Wizard, you may not want a level in this either.
Just 1 level gives 3/day, Swift Action Enlarge Person at caster level 6.

Race-wise, Duergar (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/other-races/uncommon-races/arg-duergar) get 1/day Enlarge Person as a Spell-like, and they even have a Race-Specific Monk Archetype in the Gray Disciple (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/other-races/uncommon-races/arg-duergar/gray-disciple-monk-duergar), which can spend Ki Points to Enlarge-self starting at level 6.
They also have solid Stats for a Monk +2 Con, +2 Wis, -4 Cha.

Ifrits can also get 1/day Enlarge Person, but have worse Monk Stats (-wis and +cha, :smallyuk:).

Outside of the above (including the Rogue suggestion), you're either looking at a Caster Level, or a Friendly Caster, or a UMD check.

Get a use activated or command word item? It'll be more expensive then a wand, but there won't be a DC check involved with it.

Enlarge Person can be used with Permanency. Needs a caster lvl of 9 and $2500.

Custom item of Continuous Enlarge Person. 8,000gp, no UMD, no skill check, no nothing. A Monk can use it just fine.

For X times per day, multiply the price by (X/5), where X is the number of times per day.
