DDO and concielment

Someone told me that the dusk enchantment (10% miss chance), and displacment/blurr spell stack, or two or more dusk enchantments stack. Normally, pen and paper rules wouldn't have two or more buffs of the same type stack, but looking for someone that could confirm this.

Every source of concealment are currently enhancement bonus. As such, they do not stack. You only use the highest value.

The one thing I can think of to improve your miss chance is finding a way to become incorporeal. The 50% miss chance that would provide is resolved separately from your regular miss chance.
