Players: Keep out! There's plenty of other stuffs to read here :P
So, a little background: the players are at lvl. 7. They have just aqquired a box of treasure ( a small crate) that were to go to one of the noble houses of the town, most people don't know who did it.
A lot of background: the city arranged a tomb-raid. Most adventuring teams ,except the players, were organized and funded to raid pyramids in the southron lands. Turned out that the place was watched over by a floor that the operation didn't find. A heavy curse made the monsters soon to be unleashed invisible to anyone having a stake in the graver-robbery.
Players found out about this, found out that the old pyramid-makers, despite evilness, undead and creepiness, was an important piece in the wall that held demons out of this world. They stopped the retaliation of the pyramid, and returned an artefact that was stolen. Most of the loot was not returned.
In returning the artefact the players also grabbed a (small) crate of treasure that was addressed to the noble house red. Red is known to house red dragons, and general troublemakers. So they grabbed it on the way out.
So, the players sits on a crate of stuff. It is supposed to be a part of the loot given to a powerful noble house. I have allready given them a lot of treasure (2xRings of regen, rod of wonder, immovable rods, a tomb of abilityincrease and a few other things) this adventure, so too much will be too much.
Any ideas on what to fill it with?
