Playing something like a Sybillic Guardian

I have discovered this creature reading the Complete Psionic manual and I remained impressed by it. I know that is almost impossible to play a monster with 9 HD and I'm asking you if you can suggest me a class (or classes) and a race (with a LA no more higher than 2) who can reproduce most of Sybillic Guardians traits, powers, special abilities and so on.

2) Buy a Skin of Proteus.

4) Congratulations, you're an SG. If you want their archon goodies, take Assume Suoernatural Ability, and you can simply be a Psion for the rest.
