Right, so I managed to get another game going, and the guys are all level 3. Long story short, It's a pathfinder game, and my head's pretty much stopped giving me ideas.
Anyways, there are these things called "Marks" and for anyone familiar with it, it's a lot like the missions you'd get in final fantasy 12 to go kill ridiculous stuff, only lower versions of it, and it can be anything from "Go remove this goblin camp" to "Go kill this Ancient Wyrm and bring me back his staff of uncontrolable hell-fire"
Or, simply, "Bring me this item from this place" or hell, even the dreaded "Escort missions" or deliveries.
Essentially the group is part of a guild that does various things for anyone and everyone. The group is capable of doing any job imaginable, and I've got a decent amount.
What I'm asking is could you guys act like "Comissioners" and post up jobs for them?
Preferably anywhere from Combat Rating 3 to 7.
