Anyone know any PrCs that advance both divine spellcasting and psionic manifesting? I can't seem to locate any.

The Psychic Theurge from Mind's Eye (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20040925b)

Personal favorite combination with this prestige class is going StP-Spell Focused Human Erudite/9 Ur-Priest/2 Psychic Theurge/9 :smalltongue:

You can also go with Ardent for the Wis-synergy, and Ardent satisfies the prereqs fairly easily as well. The flavor is spot-on too - many Ardents don't revere gods at all (nor do they really need to) which meshes with UP flavor nicely.

Just to note on combining Ur-Priest with Psychic Theurge, even with full magic/psionics transparency a manifesting class and a spellcasting class are not interchangeable. Ur-Priest's caster level only adds half your levels in spellcasting classes, not in manifesting classes, so you'll get hosed on your divine caster level with that.

If using Ardent, be sure to use Substitute Powers (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20070629a).

The Magic mantle's transparency can arguably get around this, which is another reason Ardent/UP may be appealing. It wouldn't even have to be a primary mantle.

The Magic mantle pretty much just mimics the standard transparency rule, which still doesn't merge the definitions of manifesting classes and spellcasting classes. They're about as different as either of those is to a martial adept class.

RAI is that it mimics normal transparency; unfortunately, the wording they chose was far stronger. "You always treat magic and psionics as identical" goes beyond the limits of normal transparency.
