E6 Fun party member combos

If I get to bring Two or Three characters that I get to run at the same time are there any really fun combinations I should think about? I'm looking for good synergy.

Dvati (from Dragon Compendium) Marshals if you can get them approved, control 4 or 6 characters at once. Convince your DM to allow you to take Wild Cohort to boost that number to 5 or 8 characters. :smalltongue: And at 6th level convince your DM to let you take leadership. One-player-army :smalltongue:

Especially with one of those classes that pierces fear immunity (if there are any in E6).
