Ok, so in the unearthed arcana there is a section with the expert, warrior and spellcaster. that section also has some feats that you need skills at X point before you can take them as well as for some feat pre reqs.
My question is are those feats that could/should be used by your everyday base class.

Example:

Sneak Attack (Ex):As the rogue ability, but +2d6 on damage
rolls. Prerequisites:Hide 4 ranks, Move Silently 4 ranks

Improved Sneak Attack (Ex):Add +3d6 to your sneak attack
damage. Prerequisites:Hide 11 ranks, Move Silently 11 ranks,
sneak attack

sneak attack and improved sneak attack.

yes those are in the section listed as generic classes but wondering if the feats there would be fair for regular base classes or if that's over powering since all of those feats stats you just need to meet the pre reqs.

What are your thoughts and opinions play ground?

No. Normal classes cannot take them. It has a clause at the top of the abilities that states "For the purposes of these classes, the following class features can be selected in place of bonus feats"

Emphasis mine.

Would they be overpowering? Apart from all divine casters gaining Turn Undead (And by extension, Divine Meta Magic), no. Not that much, anyways.
