I'll start trawling through Wondrous Items, just so there's no duplicated effort. Someone else take another section.

Amulet of Health: Tricky, but advanced tech could have a device that regulates your brain's chemical output to more efficiently fight diseases and avoid blood loss.

Amulet of Mighty Fists: This could work if you treat it as a weapon (gauntlets or something) instead.

Bag of Tricks: A sack of Pokeballs. Does that count as advanced tech?

Boat, Folding: A transforming boat, using hyperspace technology to shunt unnecessary components out of physical space.

Boots of Elvenkind: Padded shoes, perhaps with inertial dampening properties.

Boots of Striding and Springing: You know those prosthetics that make guys with no feet run faster than guys with feet? Those, only without having to amputate anything.

Boots of the Winterlands: Heated boots with a force field sole that distributes the wearer's weight while keeping steady footing on the snow or ice.

Bracers of Archery, Lesser: Robotic gloves with built-in servos that guide a user's fingers, allowing for correct grip without knowing how.

Brooch of Shieding: Personal force field generator.

Candle of Truth: Releases a truth serum into the air around it when activated. Do fancy drugs count as advanced tech?

Circlet of Blasting, Minor: Laser gun.

Cloak of Elvenkind: Advanced camouflage gear that breaks up the wearer's form, possibly also takes on the colour of the background.

Deck of Illusions: Holographic projection slates.

Dust of Appearance: This is just glitter.

Dust of Illusion: Networked display crystals that coat a target and then change its appearance. Kind of an LCD display without the frame.

Elixir of Love: Some kind of drug.

Elixir of Swimming: People swimming across La Manche would grease themselves up with goose fat (they stopped because rescuing someone greased in goose fat is tricky). Not that high tech.

Elixir of Truth: More drugs.

Elixir of Detail: Some kind of eyedrops? Not sure about this one either.

Eversmoking Bottle: Smoke machine.

Eyes of the Eagle: AR+binocular goggles.

Figurine of Wondrous Power: Silver Raven: Robots!

Feather Tokens: A one-time-use rental coupon from TeleportCo Tool Rental.
Anchor - a magnetic tether to the ocean floor. Fan - a weather-altering device. Swan-boat - a boat. Tree - carbon offset credit.

Gauntlets of Ogre Power: Mechanical gloves with servos that increase gripping power.

Gem of Brightness: A voice-activated flashlight that can focus its beam to produce various effects.

Gloves of Arrow Snaring: A repulsion field generator that is mounted on a glove for some reason.

Glove of Storing: A device to be used with TeleportCo Storage Facilities spaces. Call today!

Gloves of Swimming and Climbing: Weird combination. For climbing, they can just be sticky/microbarbed...for swimming, maybe they're webbed?

Goggles of Minute Seeing: Microscope glasses.

Goggles of Night: Night vision goggles.

Harp of Charming: Instrument that can play a subliminal message masked by the regular music.

Hat of Disguise: Holographic projector.

Helm of Comprehend Languages and Read Magic: A speech-to-text plus auto-translation plus text-to-speech device, plus an advanced OCR system.

Horn of Fog: We already had a smoke machine.

Horseshoes of Speed: The same as boots of striding and springing, but for horses.

Horseshoes of a Zephyr: Horseshoes with increased electron repulsion properties. We never touch anything anyway because electrons in our atoms repel the electrons in matter; this just amplifies the effect.

Periapt of Health: Really good immunization, now in a box that can whip up cures on the fly.

Periapt of Faithfulness: A searchable version of whatever religious text you follow, broadcast into your mind.

Pipes of Haunting: MP3 player that plays the Lavender Town music backwards.

Pipes of Pain: Audio player that hyper-intensifies someone's hearing, possibly by psychosomatic means. Dubious.

Pipes of Sounding: Regular mp3 player.

Restorative Ointment: Whatever they put in medkits in video games.

Rope of Climbing: Grappling hook!

Salve of Slipperiness: See above re: grease.

Silversheen: Silver solution.

Slippers of Spider Climbing: Boots with micro-barbs or electromagnets.

Sovereign Glue: Really good glue.

Stone of Alarm: Voice-activated password protection.

Sustaining Spoon: Synthesizes an edible paste using vitamins provided by TeleportCo Health Services.

Unguent of Timessless: Depends on if your tech level can mess with time or not.

Wind Fan: Regular fan.

There's only a handful of wondrous items that can't be explained as tech (mostly the ones that make spell effects or require telepathic commands), and quite a few that can be explained with tech we already have.

Sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic

Sufficiently advanced magic is indistinguishable from technology
- Gamer's Axiom of Clarke's Law.

Seriously? Everything. Enhancement bonuses can be handwaved as high tech gear with scientifically measured balance, blades, alloys, and the like. Most of the enhancement equivalents can be similarly handwaved. Seeking... tracking computer. Distance... laser scope. Flaming and Shocking properties can be done easily with technology, either the proverbial 'hot knife' which goes through butter or has an electric current running through it. Keen... mono-molecular blade edge. Vorpal could be covered with mono-molecular edge as well.

Heck, depending on how advanced you want your tech, even things like black holes and bags of holding can be mathematically defined fairly easily as extra-dimensional spaces (already currently theorized about), although you'd probably have to get to TARDIS level tech to really put it into production.

Anything magical can be flavored as tech, if your tech base is sufficiently advanced.

I guess people were not familiar with what Magitech is. That's quite surprising.
WTP, I think you should stick to actual items instead of custom items. Say, a wand of prestidigitation, instead of a custom item of prestidigitation at will.
