Currently no masterwork alchemists' lab exists, although both alchemist's labs and generic masterwork tools do. Would it be feasible to combine the prices for both and call it a masterwork alchemists' lab with a total +4 bonus on alchemy, or would you say that the alchemy lab is basically already a masterwork tool for alchemy by any other name, and a +4 bonus would be over the top?

Well, by RAW, they both provide a +2 Circumstance bonus. So even with a very liberal reading of how MW Tools work, you couldn't make that stack. Now, would I let a player make a masterwork Alchemist's Lab for a +4 bonus? Probably, but it would cost more than 50 extra gold. Just look at the other masterwork items in that table compared to their regular version. Artisan's tools - 11x more expensive. Musical instrument - 20x. Thieves' tools - 3.3x. By that logic, a Masterwork Alchemist's Lab would probably cost at least 1200, maybe even closer to 2000 gold.

Alchemist's Lab, Climber's Kit, Disguise Kit, Healer's Kit, etc are already masterwork tools, they just lack that word in the name. Each provides a +2 circumstance bonus, which is exactly what a MW tool does. I would say circumstance bonuses from the same source (the tool/kit) don't stack, so there's no point.
