Another Optimization! (Sorcerer Dragonwrought Kobold)

Like it says in the title. I am starting the build at level one, but suggestions for things to take would be great. First of all:

11, 20, 16, 17, 10, 21
Class: Sorcerer.
Feats: DragonWrought.

Thats all I have so far. Flaws are acceptable, as well as any source.

Also, are the substitution levels decent?

There's several builds. It's called Google, it's good at finding them.

If you're cheesing it out with Dragonwrought Kobold, you might as well go whole hog and Incantatrix it up.

And yes, the sub levels and everything else you get with the package makes Sorcerer get spells a level BEFORE a Wizard, rather than after. +1 Sorcerer levels for purposes of spellcasting progression twice = win.
