I'm building an unarmed factotum with levels in swordsage and monk. It's focused on Int and Dex, it's human half-giant (XPH) primordial giant (SoX) gravetouched ghoul (LM) Factotum 3 (Du)/Monk 1(overwhelming strike (DR 310))/Swashbuckler 3 (CW)/Factotum 5 (Du)/Swordsage 2 (ToB)/Factotum 4 (Du)/Fighter 1 (PH)/Swordsage 1 (ToB).

I need some advices: I was thinking on buying a necklace of natural weapons, but I'm not sure about the enchantments (I can spend around 200k for it) and if it's better to have it only for unarmed strike or for each natural weapon.
Is this a good build? It's meant do be an agile melee PC, with good damage output. What would you change/add? Anyway there must be at least 10 levels in factotum.
