Total cost of a returning spear (PF)

I wish to no what the total cost of a spear with the returning enchantment would be

A +1 Returning Spear would cost 8302 GP.

Explaination: A magical weapon must always have at minimum a +1 enhancement bonus if it has a special quality (i.e. Returning). The returning quality has the equivalent cost of a +1 bonus, meaning the lowest cost weapon with the returning quality is a +2 bonus.

Looking on the table it's 8000 GP for a +2 weapon. A masterwork spear costs 302 GP. Adding these up makes 8302 GP.

If you are a wizard, or other caster, with the Craft Magical Arms and Armor feat then you can make your own spear for 4302 GP, 4000 to enhance and 302 for the masterwork spear.

No XP cost -- the question is about PF, not 3.5.

Technically, the cost is 8302gp. 8,000 for the enchantments, 300gp for the masterwork materials (only masterwork weapons can be enchanted) and the 2gp for the spear.
