I have this exact toy. I dug it up from some old figures I had as a kid.

On a D&D square grid, it fits inside of a 5 inch by 3 inch rectangle.

I am thinking of getting a base for it, and use it as a miniature.

I'm not exactly sure if there was anything made to match this monster.

You could use the stats for a Huge-ish bulette.

5x3? Call it 3x3 for huge, or 4x4 for gargantuan.

Take one of the herd animals from the first Bestiary. Either the Aurochs (CR2) or the Bison (CR4). Both are large size. Add the Giant template to make them Huge, then the Fiendish template.

So a Giant Fiendish Aurochs (CR 3), or a Giant Fiendish Bison (CR 6) could potentially look similar.

Maybe replace Trample with something that improves its gore attack, if you want to replicate the headbutting action the toy has. (I have one of those lying around as well.)

Edit: Could also just take the stats of the woolly rhino from Beastiary 1, and apply the Giant and Fiendish templates. Fluff its powerful charge as the headbutting thing. Huge size, CR 8.

Kythons. Pretty sure they're in the 3e Fiend Folio.

Could work for some things in MM2, as well. There's something in Lords of Madness, too. Mindshredder Soldier, or something.

This was my first thought too. That'd be a perfect mini for one of the bigger Kythons.

I think the Kython Slaughterking is Huge sized. Might be wrong about that.

Silverclawshift's campaign journal reference? Or giving him levels to bind that vestige that gives you a gore attack (chupoclops?)

Gotta be Silverclawshift's campaign. SO GOOD.

I know! I loved both of her campaigns.

it looks like it could be a (weak/Complete Arcane) Pseudonatural Phasebeast

it's a rather close match for lords of madness's zeugalak, actually

I'm not sure which beast best fits it, but regardless of which you use, please, for the love of gygax, use the 'head-butt action' of the thing when it charges someone.
