[PF/Eberron] Help stat up this FrankeNPC

Yeah, someone had fun with this one. Ignoring for a moment the barbarian's alignment restrictions, how would you build an NPC with the levels shown (rogue 3/cleric 3/barbarian 1/deadgrim 5)? Deadgrim is found in Magic of Eberron.

Eberron-specific and Pathfinder material only, please. For the record, Dol Arrah's domains are Good, Law, Sun, and War.

I mostly need help with feats, because... what does a guy like this actually do?

What exactly is the problem there? Clerics in Eberron have no alignment restrictions and Deadgrim doesn't conflict with the chaotic alignment does it?

As for the actual character, persist some buffs cast gravestrike, sneak up on undead, get angry then mash it with a two-handed weapon with sneak attack?
