Is there any way to make the Ur-Priest PrC use Charisma instead of Wisdom?

the Dynamic Priest feat, from Dragonlance's Legends of the Twins, pardially does that, switching bonus spells and highest spell that can be cast to Cha. Spell DCs are unaffected tho.

The feat is semi-3rd party (the spaltbook is ano official licensed product of WotC, but published by Soveregin press. At the same time the main DL campaign setting is fully WOTC).

Lost Tradition would do exactly what you want. It is from Races of Renown: Bastards and Bloodlines (3.0 technically). It has to be taken at first level, but does not specify that the class you choose has to be your first level class or even a base class, so it would work for Ur-Priest.
