Look for a dragon magazine article

The article I'm looking for, but can't seem to find is one that involved magical beers. Specifically I remember a dwarven beer that the binds people into oaths, I thought it was called oathbrew or oath beer, something like that. Another one in the article was an orc beer where they used their fallen enemies in the beer and it gave them some bonuses I think based on the HD of the creatures they threw into the vile mixture.

Anyone know which magazine number that is?
