I do know that Fochlucan Lyrist is a weak class. I know a plain Druid is stronger. But please think I am not trying to make a weak Druid I am trying to make a different Bard.

Getting evasion is usually the sticking point with most Fochlucan Lyrist builds. Rogue 2 isn't a very effective way to get it: Spelldancer 2 or via the Impulse Boots soulmeld is usually the expected method.

If Green Whisperer is available, then why not:

Bard 2/Druid 3/Green Whisperer 2/Arcane Hierophant 3/Sublime Chord 1/Arcane Hierophant +7/Green Whisperer +2

Take Shape Soulmeld: Impulse Boots and Open Least Chakra: Feet to get Evasion. This gets you Dual 9's (9th level Sublime Chord spells, 9th level Druid spells).

In my party no-one has Magic of Incarnum so we decided to not using it. :(
About spelldancer, sure... but it needs 3 (three!) weak feats!

Your build surely works, but I intended to do a Fochlucan Lyrist....


With no Fochlucan Lyrist you can go full out with:
Druid 4/Bard 1/Green Whisperer 5/Sublime chord 1/Arcane Hierophant 9
Alternate Source Spell let you enter the Sublime Chord with Druid levels.
