Full Attack: Uses 6 one handed weapons.

- Heavy Flail is a 2h weapon
- Maul is a 2h weapon

- I have no idea in wich splatbook i could find the saber.

- Your iterative attacks with your main weapon don't add their full strenght bonus to damage with a 1h weapon as they should (1.5 Str bonus with two handed weapons).

- Most large creatures with roughly humanoid shape have a natural reach of 10ft.

- Dual wielding or multiweapon fighting with non-light weapon in the offhand is usually a bad idea for the additional -2 penality. To get rid of that you can grab the Oversized Two-Weapon Fighting feat (wich might be worhty, considering the 1d8 => 2d6 damage increase from large size).

What i suggest is dropping Diehard and Endurance, replacing them with Improved toughness (+16 HP) and Oversized Two-Weapon Fighting, then dropping a weapon and replacing it with gauntlets of ogre power (considering he use 0.5 Str on most attacks, he might as well have an even Str modifier).

Result:
+1 Heavy Flail +21/+16/+11/+6 (2d8+10 19-20/x2)
+1 Longsword +21 (2d6+4 19-20/x2)
+1 Battleaxe +21 (2d6+4 20/x3)
+1 Warhammer +21 (2d6+4 20/x3)
+1 Morningstar +21 (2d6+4 20/x3)

Its grapple is +25 unless I missed a +1. Skills: Climb +24 max, concentration +22 max, intimidate +24 max, jump +28 max, knowledges +20 max, listen +22 max, spot +22 max, sense motive +22 max, spellcraft +20 max, tumble +20 max. Which skills you advance are up to you though and there might be racial bonuses I didn't notice.

I don't know its original CR but it should have increased by 3. You may also want to increase its gear (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/treasure.htm#standard) as appropriate for its CR. For example if it went from CR 6 to CR 9 then he gained 2,500 gp in stuff.

What do you guys think of adding Strongarm Bracers as well? and going to large on all the weapons :)

The advantage would be minimal (going from 2d6 to 2d8, average of 1 damage, only the flail wound gain +1d8 damage), but you could use them instead of the Oversized Two-Weapon Fighting feat, changing the weapons around. This would net a 1d8 damage increase in the two-handed flail, keep the rest of the weapons at 2d6 and free up a feat.

I didn't intend on this being this kind of thread but, in case anyone else has any suggestions the party is:

Level 7 Cleric
Level 7 Barbarian
Level 7 Rogue
Level 2 Ranger/Level 5 Scout
Level 6 Ranger/Level 1 Order of the Initiate Bow With Swindlespitter
Level 7 Wizard

Then in about 4 rounds later

A level 5 Fighter, Level 1 Stonelord Who controls a large brown bear that they raised from a cub.

and

Level 2 Barbarian/2 Fighter/1 Beastmaster (I made slightly different req for this to be possible) With a flesh raker, wolf, and riding dog.

And other than the two who come later, the rest of the party is probably going to be running on fumes.
