So,

Where would I find information and rules on starvation, dehydration, bacterial infections, etc.? Reason is....I'm considering starting a new game with the following rules:

1. Only core books allowed.

2. Only humans allowed as a race

3. All magic is barred (at first anyway)

I will be starting the 9 characters as children between the ages of 8 and 10. It's gonna start as a hardcore survival adventure. Literally, survive, work and work together (or not) ...or die....from the simplist thing or the weakest goblin/wolf/alligator, etc.

You get the point. Where would I find info that would be pertinent to this, you guys?

Starvation and Thirst (http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/environment.html#starvation-and-thirst)
Infections would be Save VS Disease.

Is there any adjustment on that for young children? Realistically, the immune system is weaker, etc. House rules, I suppose?

Treat them as having to take "levels" in child, so they gain up to say 4 levels as child before they can take their first class level. Give them saves based on what their class will eventually be, for example a cleric gets a good fort and will, so at child level 2 they would get 1 fort and will, and at 4 they'd get 2.

Here. (http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/additionalMonsters/monsterAdvancement.html#young-creature-(cr--1))

It's a CR-1 template, so with a single class level, they are lv 0.

The above template works, but if you want 3.5 stuff, just make everyone's age category "young", so they get stat penalties. So basically, that template.
