Yes, just remember the order of operations. You want an Extended Persisted Haste, not a Persisted Extended Haste. The first lasts 48 hours, the second lasts 24 hours.

Also note, that with 1/hour per level spells with just extend last 24 at lvl 12. At lvl 20, plus 1lvl of archmage, magic tatoo, ring, arcane thesis, spells, you can get your caster level past 30, making those spells almost 70 hours.

Course thats not as effective on the round per level stuff. But its nice to have a few days worth of minor buffs.
