I don't know if this movie was discussed before as I am watching it now on Sci Fi Channel and I don't see a topic on it.

I think this was a better adaptation of D&D than the other D&D movies.

Basically, the artifact The Book of Vile Darkness is important.

The adventuring group the main character joins includes a mage/thief (well he disables traps and turns invisible at times), a guy who turns into swarms to escape harm (Master of Flies or Warlock?), some sort of female spellcaster, and some blue tattooed dude.
There are casted spells from D&D Book of Vile Darkness.

So did anyone else like it?
