I just had a brainwave for a possible mechanic and new schticks.

Haley: Ranks in Search. Bonus to find Stairs, and Hidden Loot (an idea I'll explain later)

Elan: another Bard Song.

Durkon: Thor's Might. A Stand alone card, you can flip any of your Magic Schticks to boost it. Effect would be a big bonus on Thor's hammer. (More later)
