[oWoD] Backgrounds Exceeding 5 dots

I know that one of the books (at least) had descriptions of the various backgrounds at ratings over 5 dots but I can't remember which. I'm specifically looking for Resources at 6+ dots. Any help would be much appreciated.

Old World of Darkness Anniversary Edition has rules for "pooled" backgrounds that can exceed the 5-dot limit.

I think 'Dirty Secrets of the Black Hand' had rules for that but I don't own it anymore so can't check

Elysium had eldar vampires with rules for backgrounds greater than 6, and I think there were some in the Black Hand book
