There's a story behind this, but I wanted a 100x100 grey scale profile picture Belkar from the last panel of this (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0439.html) episode of OOTS. Please and thank you.

This seemed like the least-wrong place to put this.

The Giant is, to put it lightly, not a fan of people taking bits of his art and using them. You might be able to get someone to do a copy of it (as opposed to a Photoshopped tweak), but I'd imagine he'd only approve of it being used on this site. You'd have to ask him to be sure, though.
