Turn undead as a Bard

What is the best way to get tun undead as a bard, or something similar. I would like it at a relatively low level without any silly rules interpretations, but if you have anything, feel free to suggest it to me. I don't really want to use homebrew but feel free to suggest some if you have it.

Three methods:

Bard 1: God-Touched (Dragon #305)
Bard 3: Divine Channeler (Dragon #305)

Bard 1: Necromantic Bloodline (Dragon Compendium)
Bard 3: Versatile Spellcaster (Races of the Dragon)
Bard 6: Kin Mastery (Dragon Compendium)

Bard 6: Planar Touchstone -> Catalogues of Enlightenment -> Sun Domain Power from Dragonlance Campaign Setting

Also: Shroudcrown in Player's Guide to Faerun, wearer can turn undead as a 10th level cleric. Not cheap, though: 113,600 GP.

If you get access to dismissal or Dispel Evil someway (Drake helm, wyrm wizard, Sublime chord) you could take levels in sacred exorcist which grants turn undead at first level; but it is a high level trick, ECL 11 at the earliest.

Dipping Cleric, Dread Necromancer or Death Delver gets you rebuke undead; but costs you a level.

Divine Bard into a cleric prestige class that grants turn undead.

Arcane disciple (any domain that has a spell that accomplishes what you want). Death domain is a fun set of additions for a bard.
