My example is Channeled Sonic Blast, aka Channeled Sound Blast in the actual spell description, because somebody made a mistake. Complete Mage page 99.
When casting a spell with a casting time greater than one round, do you target the spell on the first round when you start it, or at the end when you finish casting the spell? It seems a little odd to target it first, because things tend to move a lot in the next round.
