I'm pretty sure it falls under d20, so this would be the subforum for it.

I'm getting kind of bored of Pokemon games and was looking for a tabletop version. Found this (http://pokemontabletop.wikidot.com/). Has anybody played? Is it any good?
Otherwise, does anybody know another adaptation that's any good?

I personally use P:TA, and I enjoy it to an extent. It takes some tweaking to get it just right, but I usually like it for the most part.

The only pokemon-style game I played was a oneshot on Pokethulu in a pretty seriously beer and pretzels more beer game. I can't recall anything about the system, but that session was a ton of fun.

On P:TA, Lonestarnorth had a campaign log I used to think was enjoyable to scan every once in a while. Linked here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=200481)

There (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=240297t=240297)are (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=254168)quite (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=241833)a few (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=247336) games (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=241833)of PTA played here. I suggest you look at them. The community here is good for the most part, I personally love the system.

Disclaimer: I totally did not just plug every game I participate in. There are other games I just don't have quick links to them. Seriously, just peek at the IC subforum some time there is bound to be at least 1 PTA game on the front page.

Mesi is a wise man; I suggest reading through at least a little bit of Team Rocket as well. Seems like most of the PTA population of GitP has. notashamelessselfplug

They get read for two reasons

1) They're some of the few (if not the first) PTTA games to make it multiple threads, and still have all the players to boot.

2) We're all just that awesome.

Quoted for truth. Trying to remain modest, but Arcran is an amazing (if sometimes frustrating) GM.
