Pirate Druid Build Assistance (PF)

So I've got a weekend Pirate themed PF game happening.

The game(s) happen at levels 3, 6, 9, 12 and 14.

I got the Druid, it is 20 point buy.

I'm not very familiar with Pathfinder, any build recommendations/ideas/tips etc. would be appreciated.

Well, "Pirate" and Druid generally don't make the best combination.
I think your best bet is to focus on making a Weather/Storm Druid.

Straight up Druid Archetypes that work

Shark Shaman (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/druid/archetypes/paizo---druid-archetypes/shark-shaman)
Storm Druid (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/druid/archetypes/paizo---druid-archetypes/storm-druid)
Tempest Druid (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/druid/archetypes/paizo---druid-archetypes/tempest-druid)

A Shark Shaman must take a Shark if they choose a Companion.
Storm and Tempest both force you to take a Domain over an Animal Companion.
Overall I'd skip Aquatic, its bonuses are more for being _in_ the water, then just "sea flavored".
Unless you really want an Animal Companion, I'd go for Storm Druid, they get a 2nd Domain at 9th level.

There is also the Storm Kindler (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/s-z/storm-kindler) PrC which is a nice fit. It only has 7/10 casting, but the flavor is solid. If you do take the PrC, then do NOT take the Tempest Archetype. Too much overlap/wasted abilities.
