Is this worth it? LA +2 Entropic, -2 Incarnate, = LA +0

Benefits:
Con +2,
Cha +2,
Outsider Type
Ray of negative energy every 1d4 rounds. Weak but infinite?
Immunity to negative energy environments... but not negative energy?
+4 turn resist if undead

Negatives:
Extraplanar Subtype
Living Creatures in 10 ft are drained of energy... not necessarily a negative...
no bonus feat?

The most obvious use of this is to capitalize on the Outsider typing to get some easy Polymorph options. Necropolitan might also be considered to capitalize on that turn resist...

Entropic is an inherited template, a creature has to be born/spawned/created with it.
Incarnate Construct is an acquired template, it's applied to a creature after it's created.

That means you would have to be able to apply Entropic before Incarnate Construct, which you can't as it's an invalid creature type. Even then, Incarnate Construct would cause you to lose everything that Entropic grants. Furthermore, upon applying Incarnate Construct you get a -2 LA but it cannot be reduced below zero, so you would still take the full level adjustment of Entropic.

Incarnate Construct shenanigans just don't work, so you should forget about it.

Me: There are NO valid reasons to use Incarnate Construct. All you can gain is ability scores, and there are no valid templates for that!

They: But what about -

Me: NONE!!!!
