!! Adopted trait + Halfelf, taking human racial trait Dual Talent

As a halfelf, can i use the Adopted (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/social-traits/adopted) trait to take the human alternate racial trait Dual Talent (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/core-races/human)? So that I can get a +2 to two attributes as a halfelf?

Well the dual talented states that it replaces the Bonus Feat and Skilled Trait, so you could rule that if there is nothing to replace you cannot take it.

No, because Racial Traits are no the same as Race Traits. The first ones are minor modifications to your race that you can find in the race page, the other ones are just one of the categories of Traits (social, religion, faith, race, etc).

They should really change the names because many people confuse them
