Lesser Planetouched in Pathfinder

I know that the Outsider (native) typed planetouched (Aasimar/Tiefling) are balanced in Pathfinder compared to the other starting player races. What would be needed to change them to be humanoid(planetouched) (like the Lesser Planetouched in 3.5e) so that I could add templates to them that require humanoid yet still be balanced? (Considering this would open them to all sort of new vulnerabilities to certain spells and such.) Thanks for your insights!

Basically, just turn them into humanoids.
