The question is whether a person with Goggles of Arachnid was using Gloves of the Shortened Path would he still be considered flanked?

I'm looking at the description of these two pathfinder items and I don't quite understand your question.

Are there enemies on either side of the person with these items? Are these items being used by different people?

The person is wearing both items and is using the Gloves of Shortened Path. What I'm wondering is would the being distracted part gets rid of the all-around vision not able to be flanked.

Sorry if I confuse not fluent in my native language.
