Edit2: Ah, heck, I'll just burn Heroic Effort to salvage that saving throw.

Please note that Heroic Effort would push this to a 13, causing the save to succeed. Thanks for the update, Dekkah -- it's a doozy!

You know what? In the interest of keeping the ball rolling, let's just say I didn't use Heroic Effort. I have a better idea. :smallamused:

Leewei, I just realised that I ddi not account for your usage of heroic effort in my post (and made you fall)... did not notice the edit in your save roll.

While you did say afterward that you dont mind falling.... the thing is that while on the ground, your burst 5 wont reach anyone on the walls (it is 30 feet high 6 squares up).

DO you prefer to do as you first decided and manage the save VS falling to stay on the platform (so your burst THP hit everyone and so you dont take 18 falling damages), but it means you cannot lay on hand RIkard. On the floor, you can THP only Rikard.

Sorry for the confusion here. I'll await your decision before posting my Ic reply.... and fi you really wanted to use heroic effort, you need to adjust your post (change move - you will be in S-23 , prone, still immobilised, but not bloodied anymore). NOte that you can also change your standard if you fall, as Bolerum would know he wont THP those on the wall while on the floor.

And dont worry, it isnt much trouble to change that.. adjust map and give you back 18 HP. This wont really slow down the game... and it does make a huge difference for your THP power.

AShe hit the archer and fail his save.

Waiting on Bolerum (and frankly, I was not havgin time to reply this morning ;) )

Sure, let's handle it that way, Dekkah. Bol would not need to use his cloak's daily power in that case (one surge would get him to full HPs), and would still be on the platform.

Ok, anything you want to do with your movement then since you cannot heal Rikard (rikard will get the THP though.. since you are in range (5 square from him)

In case it matters, Bol has +2 to all defenses UENT due to use of Second Wind.

The giants need to get taken down fast. That said, I'm hoping Antoine can somehow get adjacent to Bol. That'd allow Lay on Hands, and Greenbane's aura to both hit him.

I'd be really surprised if he was able to do this this turn ;) (prone+ immobilised). but who knows, he might have some teleportation power now :)

And Arq, your at the right spot to go back up to the wall... with the entry point of the stairway behind you.... but keep in mind tohat going up to the top takes 12 squares of movement (6 square up in difficult terrain).

HS 7 is a melee fighter goblin swarm.
And yes, it is imobilised (not prone)

Was going to go for a big strike on the baddies at the gate, but I figured that would be best done when I could layer up all my spell enhancers into one big attack, and also on a turn when I can be not prone. So I pushed the immobilized bad guys at the door off of the door instead.

Shadow : Unless you have the feat that make your area bigger, CLose blast 5 doesnt cut it to reach the creature on the ground.

You'd need a close blast 6 to pull it off (that is also why Bolerum could not have been on the ground and buff with his close burst 5 power)

If your blast is CB6, tell me, otherwise you have to change/adjust your post.
