Say I wanted to make an order of wizards dedicated to the study of time magic for a Pathfinder game. What would be the best way to go about that?

I would say Divination and Transmutation are must-haves, with a possible focus in Necromancy, depending on what you want these time mages to be doing.

To be sure, that is what you were asking, right?

I was looking for a spell list, to be honest. I'll give a little wiggle-room as far as theme goes, for example, I would give them Disintegrate and say that it makes a target super-age.

You could look at the Time mystery, for Oracles, and add those spells into their repertoire.

You could also convert some psionic powers into spells. Like arcane versions of Time Regression, (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/psionics-unleashed/psionic-powers/t/time-regression) Quintessence (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/psionics-unleashed/psionic-powers/q/quintessence), Deja Vu (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/psionics-unleashed/psionic-powers/d/deja-vu) or Temporal Reiteration/Synchronicity/Anticipatory Strike from CPsi.

Concerning your refluffing point, there are some less obvious but no less cool choices too. Matter Agitation (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/psionics-unleashed/psionic-powers/m/matter-agitation) could be fluffed as manipulating time to accelerate or decelerate the vibration of particles relative to the surrounding frame. And Deja Vu above could be refluffed to be actually rewinding the target's localized reference frame in the timestream (with the mind-affecting component potentially dropped.)

Most of the good ones are high level (Time stop, Temporal stasis, etc).
You can play around with some of the others, displacement/blink to split yourself between two separate timelines, anything that grants fast healing, and expeditious retreat, obviously haste and slow, etc.

Actually, my advice would be to avoid this with a ten-foot pole, because it will wind up creating nothing but headaches for you and for your GM.

As I stated, psionics has great time-themed powers at all levels - so converting those to magic will give a breadth of options for a time-wizard.
