Valhallan

A Valhallan is the natural form of a Norseman in Valhalla, their base, human flesh exalting to a more deific form. Alternatively, they are what happens when a Valhallan has a child with another Valhallan, which results in a so-called Purebreed Valhallan.
Personality: While the precise personality of a Valhallan varies, they tend towards the boisterous and argumentative, having been great warriors in their lifetime. Prideful and strong, they tend to leap before they look ahead, preferring to face "death" in battle to the disgrace of cowardice. However swift they are to take offense, they are just as quick to friendship; it is common for a pair of Valhallans who have previously fought to death to later declare each-other friends... until the next fight to the death.
Physical Description: A Valhallan looks like the man or woman they were before they died, but with a far more noble aspect; any wounds and scars they may have had are clean and seem to speak of a noble battle, rather than flesh being torn and shredded. They dress conservatively in armors and furs, eschewing jewelry and other such fripperies.
Relations: A Valhallan's opinion of another culture is usually predisposed on how well they fight; the highest praise that a Valhallan can give is to say that another race fights well. They tend to patronize more pacifistic (or, in their words, "naive") races, considering them to be children. This does not tend to go over well, but a Valhallan tends to care less; the person insulting them does not fight well enough for them to be worried about recovering their honor through noble conflict, anyway.
Alignment: A Valhallan has a definite "party animal" aspect to their behavior; while they have no predilections towards good or evil, it is very rare to see a Lawful Valhallan, and they are far more focused on the act of living, rather than the moral reasons behind it.

Lands: A Valhallan originates in Valhall, the afterlife of the warrior Norse, though they tend to leave and adventure after a few centuries of repetitive battle, as they tend to tire of the "simple sparring" that they get up to there.
Religion: <Information not found.>
Language: A Valhallan speaks what languages it knew in life, though a Purebreed Valhallan will only know Common and one or two of the languages that it's parents speak.
Names: A Valhallan will have whatever name it held in life, or will be named based off of the sound principle of "this name fits the child, right? You disagree, I'll lop your head off!"
Adventurers: A Valhallan adventurer tends to come about when they just have a feeling of wanderlust, or they finally want to find a place to die.

+2 Strength, -2 Wisdom; a Valhallan is strong, but tends to be a bit of a stranger to discretion.
A Valhallan is an Outsider whose home plane is Valhall.
Medium size: a Valhallan receives no bonuses or penalties due to their size.
Valhallans have a base land speed of 30'.
Valhallan Immortality [Ex]: A Valhallan cannot be slain by another Valhallan; regardless of what they try to attack each-other with, any damage that would be dealt instead inflicts Non-Lethal damage, any Ability Damage, Drain, or Burn that they inflict is instead a penalty to that ability score which stacks with itself, and any Death effect that they would inflict simply knocks them unconscious.

However, any wounds that are inflicted on them by another Valhallan are real; they simply don't deal proper damage.

A Valhallan is not immune to damage they inflict on themselves through using a weapon or any other effect.
False Death [Ex]: A Valhallan knocked unconscious through any means appears to all methods of detection as if they had been killed; their heart stops, they don't breath, and they can be contacted with a Speak with Dead spell. However, upon the sun setting in the sky, the Valhallan immediately recovers from their unconsciousness, with all their nonlethal damage (and any wounds that might have caused it) disappearing completely.
Restless Spirit [Ex]: A Valhallan has a fiery, passionate spirit that can't be quelled by villains that would take their freedom from them; a Valhallan receives a +2 morale bonus against Mind-Affecting abilities, and they can never become Undead through any means.
A Valhallan receives a +2 racial bonus on saves against Poison.

So, here you have it, a little something my brain cooked up when I was thinking about battling forever in Valhalla; obviously, the people there can't actually truly kill each-other, so I'm tossing that in here.
